Do you have an eye for design, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in doing things the right way?

We’re looking for a reliable, personable, self-motivated individual to join our Flooring & Design team.

This is more than a traditional sales position. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, visit job sites, learn about flooring and design products, work alongside vendors and industry representatives, help create beautiful showroom displays, capture before-and-after projects, and help customers bring their ideas to life.

Every project is different. Every customer is different. And every day brings something new.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, enjoys helping people, and sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to do it.

Previous flooring or design experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

The Position

As a member of our Flooring & Design team, your days may include:

  • Helping customers select flooring and design products

  • Learning and developing strong product knowledge

  • Assisting customers with their projects from start to finish

  • Visiting job sites to take measurements

  • Taking before-and-after project photos

  • Working with product representatives and vendors

  • Helping maintain and refresh our showroom displays

  • Assisting with social media and project photography

  • Handling light administrative and bookkeeping tasks

  • Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Supporting the team wherever needed

About You

  • Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
